These Terms of Service govern your use of this property valuation application. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

Use of the application

The application is intended for qualified valuers and professionals to assist in preparing property valuation calculations and reports. You are responsible for verifying all inputs and outputs before relying on them in any official submission.

Intellectual property and copyright

The application, including its design, layout, report templates, and software, is owned by OVR (Online Valuation Report) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse our report formats, templates, or application structure for any other product or service without our permission.

The data and content you enter into the form remain yours. We claim no ownership over your valuation inputs or the factual content of your reports. The structure, formatting, and layout of the generated reports are our intellectual property.

No warranty

The application is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that calculated values will be accepted by any bank or institution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this application or reliance on its outputs.

Fees and pricing

We may increase or otherwise change fees, subscription prices, and any other charges for the application or Premium features at any time without prior notice. The price shown at checkout (or otherwise communicated at the time you pay) applies to that purchase; future renewals or new purchases may be at updated rates.

Premium payments (third-party checkout)

Premium subscription payments are collected through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. When you pay, you may be presented with Razorpay's checkout interface and are subject to Razorpay's own terms and policies for that step. OVR does not receive or store your full card number; we receive payment confirmation and information needed to activate or extend your Premium access (such as order and payment identifiers).

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
