This Privacy Policy explains how this application collects, uses and protects information in connection with the property valuation form and calculation sheet.

Information we collect

The application is designed for valuer use and primarily processes information you enter into the valuation form and calculation sheet, such as:

• Property details, location and characteristics
• Owner and borrower details entered by you
• Valuation inputs such as land value, building details and calculation sheet figures

How information is used

Information entered into the form and calculation sheet is used only to compute property values and generate valuation outputs for your own use. We do not sell your data.

Premium payments and Razorpay

If you purchase Premium, the payment step is handled by Razorpay (a regulated payment service provider). Razorpay collects the information required to process your payment (such as payment method details) in accordance with its own privacy policy and industry standards. OVR receives limited data from that transaction—for example, confirmation that payment succeeded, order and payment identifiers, and amounts—so we can grant or renew Premium access. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information processed by this application. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
